Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new cafe in Worcester, MA called "Café Neelu". We are an exciting new coffee shop that has delicious treats and focuses on music in its marketing such as curated playlists, pop up shop events selling merchandise, and showcasing new releases and music videos through a music blog. We would like to see designs that use the colors black, grey, ivory, turquoise, and light blues. We'd the logo to encompass coffee, music, and a waterlily or sun/moon (as Neelu stems from the name "Neelufar" which means waterlily in Farsi and is a flower that opens in the day and closes at night). I also considered that the possibility of water for the flower or the coffee liquid also representing sound waves. (Have a lot of ideas, but if you think you see something that makes the most sense using certain elements, please do so!) We'd like the logo to have a feeling of fluidity, transformation, experience, and new beginnings/adventures. We're located in an area that was an industrial mill, so there will be a lot of brick and cobblestone, and it all looks very European, and we'd like to preserve that urban edge while also encompassing an exciting, edgy pop to it. We want the logo to be clean, simple, and adaptable in various formats, but also be fun and cool. Not too feminine, and not too masculine. I'd love it to be subtle & somewhat minimal like some of the inspirations I have added here, but also still makes people excited to possibly by merch with that logo on it because it makes a cool statement. Thank you!
