Brief de Design Application

My app is a place for farmers to post jobs a when needing help around the Farm, and local farmhands can apply for the job. The Farmer can then review multiple applicants and select the one best fit for the task at hand. I'm trying to give my screens an updated look while keeping my current color scheme and flow. I would like for you guys to recreate this screen with an updated look the best you can. The main screen with the FH will stay the same. I put that in there to show our logo and our main colors. They look outdated. the other 2 screens are looking at the customers profile, and the screen that u fill out to post a new job.
