Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking to create a Logo for my upcoming venture - Crypto Services, a business dealing with digital currency - Bitcoin, Litecoin and things along those lines. It's an entirely online company so no printed material or designs will be required.

In the first instance I am looking for a Logo, a Banner to be used on our website (crypto-services.com) and other items such as an Invoice Template, Facebook Cover Photo etc.

I'm looking for a clean modern style, blues/greens/oranges but nothing too heavy. I'm by no means a designer or creative person myself but I see it being a very clean style with bits of colour.
