Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in the United States that is called "Thrive-On Success & Wellness". Our company is about providing spiritual mentoring, directional guidance for helping people find their way through life (The Clarity Compass), energy healing (such as Reiki, Shamanic energy work, General Wellness mentoring, Energy Vibration, Consciousness, Clearing Blocks and limitations, etc.), and Life Mentoring & encouragement. I facilitate solutions to help people achieve peace, freedom, love that keep them moving forward.

I am looking for a company logo design that I will be able to cross-utilize within many platforms (i.e, general logo use, social media, podcasts, branding videos and books, etc.). My ideal logo will include a spiritual (light), energetic flow that includes a compass, lotus mandala, and a hummingbird. I would like vibrant colors like sapphire blue, teal, orange, magenta, yellow and greens so it has an illuminated feel to it. I also envisioned the mandala work as a pastel background that fills the left margin of the design and the compass and lotus are the primary graphic.

The logo text will need to include the company name "Thrive-On Success & Wellness" as well as my name "Teresa JoAnh Allen". I prefer to have the company name on first line and my name as the second line, and the position of the text to visually flow from the logo graphic. I'd like to see examples of the logo text placed under the graphic in 2 lines, as well as flowing from it, or otherwise placed in such a way that the text stands clearly from the graphic. The hummingbird (please see the attached graphic example, which is the design I really prefer for the bird) can be placed at the end of the company name, or it can flow from the graphic.... I'd like to see both examples. I love mandala work - but would need it to be simple enough to fit the design. I also love lotus' - as they are a part of my spiritual connection. The compass is to represent the guidance and direction that I provide to my clients through my work. Please note that the compass images I gave as examples are very intricate - I am looking for something more simple that integrates into the design well for easy printing and clear digital imagery.

I have included several example of the different components of the graphic that appeal to me, including the old design that I had which is a bit boring, as kind of visuals of my ideas and preferences, but I am more open to the creative talents that all of you have. • Please include a compass, mandala design, lotus, and a hummingbird graphic; my company name on the first line and my name as the second line of text. I prefer for the graphic to be stylized, classy, spiritual, and emanating high vibrational energy. I would like the mandala to be subtle and more opaque in color; while I prefer the compass, lotus and hummingbird graphics to be defined.

• It would be great to combine the mandala and lotus somehow. I also prefer a blend of translucent/opaque colors balanced with vibrant colors like sapphire blue, teal, orange, yellow and green. I understand the design examples are complex and detailed; however, I would like the graphic to be simplistic yet stylized enough in which it will convey clearly digitally and in print. The hummingbird placement can be integrated with the text or the graphic - which ever works the best.
