Brief de Design de Panneau
We have a 5' wide x 4' tall billboard at the entrance to our apartment community, that needs to have the acrylic insert replaced. It is a 2 sided sign, and we are planning to use the same image on both sides. We are called Sunlight Townhomes, and have 48 townhomes that are all 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath. A few things we would like to get across on the signage: "Newly Renovated" "2 bed 1 1/2 bath" "Full size W/D in every home" " New Appliances" I've included our parent company's logo - this is the only image I could think of, but it might not be worth having it on the sign. We are in Colorado, so mountain theme could be nice and also sunshine/sun since we are called "Sunlight"

- We are located in Colorado - possibly mountain theme? Since our community is called "Sunlight Townhomes" - anything bright with Sun / Sunshine might look really nice as well.
