Brief de Design Photoshop

We are an organization called CEO Clubs Greece. This design will be used to advertise an upcoming forum in the form of an online banner in social media, email invitations, digital leaflets, TV screens and physical event roll-ups . We need a photoshop design (open file) that expresses as an image: growth/opportunity at a time of crisis. The event title is: “Beyond the Crisis. Pivoting for Growth” . The forum description is: A mind triggering presentation and panel discussion exploring ways to pivot business during the crisis. We’ll explore the strategic areas to focus on in order for companies to come back stronger after reimagining their business model and stepping up their game to be better off and far more ready to confront the challenges—and opportunities—of the next normal than those who do not.

The ONLY text that may be included in teh image is the word "FORUM" and the forum title mentioned above. For the image, the keywords needed to be expressed are: crisis, opportunity and growth. We would like the PSD image to reflect a mature business appearance and feeling.

Preferred colours are towards blue but not necessary.
