It seems to me a lack of respect, towards designers and their creative proposals sudden changes of ideas, clients think that the proposals come out of nowhere, they are not giving the value that identity creation deserves

Another thing don't rate five stars if you go to remove designs later, that hurts designers with the site

I'm sorry you feel this way. It's important to note that organisations need to abide by constitutions and follow a process when it comes to decision making. We are extremely grateful to the designers for all the submissions. However, designs are reviewed by a group of people with differing opinions and a decision is not made by one person. During such reviews we are bound to receive feedback and new ideas to improve on the submissions we have received.

I must say we were disappointed with the creative aspect of most of the submissions. Either they did not follow the initial brief of not being cricket specific or the color palettes.

A decision was taken by the board to reevaluate the design as we wanted something that was far more creative than just stock standard designs. At the end of the day, we are a not-for-profit organisation and we want to be careful about the money we spend.

The designs rated 5 stars were the ones we wanted to shortlist to present to the board and committees for review. It was our way of saying thanks and appreciating the effort.

This is the first time we are using this service. So if this is in anyway not helpful to designers, please let us know. We will ensure we don't do this again.
