Brief de Design de Logo

I need a new logo design to emphasize the specialisation of my service as a strategic HR consultant. It should also accompany the launch of my new book this summer titled "strategic personnel planning in 10 steps". I am in business as an independant consultant since 2002, when I decided to include 7 stepping stones in my logo. Later on I changed the logo to 4 stepping stones in other colours. For an impression of these former logo-designs, see the attachments. Now I tend to move on to 3 stepping stones, round or square, related to the 3 main services I am going to provide. I've already tried a new idea (with 4 squares in different colours) as you can see on the new website-design attached, but it is still far from a catchy strong renewal of the design. The new logo should fit my personality-in-business which loves to start ánd to finish, to include all involved and to be as clear as possible in which next step to take managing the business. I love to write my name in a dark blue. The other colour or colours may correspond with the colours you see on the new website-design in the attachments, but please feel free to create your own (more or less colourful) design of the logo itself which will fit my business for the forthcoming years!
