Brief de Design de T-shirt

I'm looking for streets of rage type graphics for the Minneapolis riots that happen. I want the Minneapolis police in there riot gear. One officer throwing tear gas like one of the pictures I provided, another swinging his baton at a protester and another officer in the ground from getting hit by a protester with a wooden board with another getting punched by a big black guy with a bandage around his neck. In the background I want a building on fire like the one in the picture but I'm video game graphics and I want these buildings next to it with a gap in the middle. Make sure the buildings are as close as can be to the real thing with a police truck next to the curb.With the mayor at a small podium with microphones next to the chief of police. The chief of police is wearing a white shirt and police hat in the pictures I provided and the mayor is the guy in the pictures with the microphones in front of him. In pictures i provided i show how the officer need to look when on the ground and how i'd like the punch animation to look.
