Brief de Design de Logo

need a logo design for a clothing brand which is for the world of adults and children you could consider both like a family, to bond happiness, comfort, coziness with clothing and accessaries like belts, scarves, bowtie, hat etc.
the logo text that shows below "Michael&Children" is also a company name. I wish this design could have the aspect that stands as a company, and it could have an attribute that you could find a spark of clothing brand as well. With that being said this logo will be a company logo so well as a clothing brand.

I would like the logo simple, succinct to be both used as company logo and a clothing brand it could feature the warmth of family because of the name "Michael&Children" but needing less multicolored.
The logo itself could be designed as just text or venture out with graphics
