Brief de Design de Logo

UPDATE - We have been reviewed all of the logos submitted and we really like a lot of designs. We added a couple more example images to our brief. We've been reviewing a lot of 'line art' logos that have a really cool and crisp feel. Figured we would give one last shot to see if anyone had any ideas to use more of a 'line art' theme. The images are meant for examples of the overall design of the logo, but we would still want the theme to tie into beach/postcard/couple/surfing. Thanks!

We want a logo for our Postcard Couple brand. We are creating a website and social media accounts to follow us on our upcoming adventures next year which include traveling the country in a van and also spending extended periods of time traveling the world. We love the beach, sunsets and traveling of course. We would love if that theme could be incorporated into the logo design. We also would like to try and incorporate some sort of reference to a postcard or stamp to tie in the name " postcard couple." Outside of that, we were hoping to not provide too much input on the design up front because we are really interested in seeing a good variety of designs. We did include a color scheme of something we thought would be cool, but we are also totally up for the designer's choice!

Exigences

Doit avoir

• -'Postcard Couple' text.
  -Ocean/sunset reference
  -We'd like the logo/image to be personal enough towards us where the image could stand alone without the text and people would be able to associate the logo to us
  -Our preference would be for the image to be more pronounced rather than have very large text that makes the text the main focus

Bien d'avoir

• -Not fully set on this, but would be cool to have a visual reference to show we're a couple (more or less where if we removed the text from the logo it would be clear we are a couple). Possibly a simple sketch looking like our faces or some sort of a silhouette
  -We do love surfing. We wouldn't want the logo to have a strong reference or be dominated by an image of a surfboard, but a subtle reference could be cool
  -Open to a variety of colors in the logo or more of a simple logo with a single color background and single color text/image
  -For one of the photos we uploaded, we included some old school California posters. It would be cool for the logo to have more of a retro vibe.
