Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in San Jose, CA called RapidPass Delivery Services Inc. We are contracted to do pick up and delivery of FedEx packages to and from residential and business locations. The final design should communicate timely and efficient delivery of packages.

Some clarifications on the design aspect:
a) The name of the company is RapidPass Delivery Services Inc. So the RAPIDPASS should be prominently displayed on the design. Delivery Services Inc. should only be a second line.
b) Please incorporate the color combinations for FedEx in the design. Purple & Orange, Purple & Green, or Red & Black will do too.
c) FedEx should not be in any of the design. I am an independent contractor for FedEx and my company is not owned by FedEx.
d) The "D" at the end of Rapid and the "P" at the beginning of Pass stands for Delivery and Pick Up. My business is based on Pick Up and Delivery of packages. In just got inverted in the name. So any symbolism on the "d" and "p" will be very welcome. I've already saw some designs that picked up on that. Thanks.
