Brief de Design Infographie

What we do:
Handle CRM is an extremely customizable platform that can integrate with almost any piece of software or system. Like any CRM its purpose is to streamline a company's sales process. Handle is not a generic platform however, it is meant to be customized by us for each individual client. Moreover, we look at their current systems, processes, forms, software...etc. and create solutions based on that. Generally the solution is to reduce redundancy, human error, manual entry (as much as possible), automate notifications and follow-up, perform checks, and integrate with other programs/systems, as well as make the data accessible, easy to understand, visual, and modifiable. We call it Shrinking Complexity.

the sales process generally consists of 5 parts, here are the first 2 (which can be combined into 1 effective group of Marketing/Leads):
Marketing: getting leads. There are many sources of leads: FMiD, Lists, web, calls, walk-ins, email, chat, text...
Leads: organizing, distributing, tracking leads and communication with leads

The Project

Here is what the infographic should illustrate:
1. there are many lead sources (FMiD, walk-in, email, text, website, lists, social media, chat...). all of these sources pump leads into Handle. Handle makes sure there are no duplicates, that all of the information is where it belongs, that leads dont get lost in some list, and gets the right lead to the right sales person so they can contact them right away. "The Right Lead to the Right Salesperson".
2. Once the salesperson gets the lead, Handle keeps track of all communication, can communicate and remind automatically, and consolidates all of the actions the salesperson takes with the lead (so nothing is lost, everything is organized, and there is no need to enter the same information multiple times into multiple systems - even if Handle is working with other systems the communication is seamless and automatic). And all of this is presented in a way that's easy to use, understand, and follow (actionable!!)

Without Handle leads are often lost because the many sources of leads go to many different people, locations, lists... there are often duplicates, sometimes leads are actually existing clients (but that needs to be cross checked with current client lists (in the ERP generally) to know that). it's hard to determine which lead source is actually good - some lead sources bring in hundreds of leads, but they are garbage, some bring in a few but they are qualified and generally better... Every dropped or lost lead is a missed opportunity to make a sale, and that's a big deal - especially at scale. Also, if an existing client pops up on a new lead list they may be contacted incorrectly and put off because they were not recognized - another lost opportunity... it goes on and on. Handle Solves that.

Note: It may be helpful to show life without Handle and life WITH Handle - either as a side by side in a single infographic, or in two separate ones.
