Brief de Design de Panneau

We need someone to take our information and design a standard for lease sign that we can put in front of each of our buildings. I would love for it to do its job of letting people know there are units available but also be unique somehow. Also the aspect ratio of the design would ideally be 4 wide by 3 tall but we open to other ideas. It will be a larger yard sign.
