Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for our new organic mobile juice bar business in Eagle, CO. We intend to use this logo on our website, business cards, merchandise, truck, and juice bottle labels. We are a small start up business focusing on sustainability, zero-waste, non-toxic, vegan, and organic products. We would love to have a logo that embodies an organic and simple vibe that Is easy to read and recognize. Something unique and attention grabbing that represents our values and mission. We may be interested in seeing a logo that incorporates fruits and vegetables, mountains, sun, nature, and/or shining light, however we are open to creative ideas. One idea we had is to have an image of planet earth with a glowing heart in the middle and fruits and vegetables with the business name incorporated. I have attached a logo idea that we already had made but would like to see other options from creative minds before making our final decision. Thank You!
