Brief de Web Design

We need designs for both desktop and mobile for a new site, which is the marketing presentation of our new platform called Crossroad, which is a task and project tool specific for the property sector. The name refers to people working on different workstreams on a property and crossing their paths when collaborating. The site will not do ecommerce, just a presentation of the product. We would like to include a video (no voice over) and some graphics, which we will do separately. The whole site will include a few pages, as detailed in the attach document. The product appeals to property companies and banks, hence the brand should portray reliability, corporate. We would like to see combinations of black, white and blue.
