Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for a bandana. It is for a memorial. Van "Reb" was the president of the Red Legion Maui Chapter. I would like to take the palm trees from the Red Legion MC logo and mimic them with his handlebars. So the handle bars would be filled in on the top and then just outline on the reverse. Please use the same font and for the circled writing please print. Where the two bikes are in the RLMC Logo Id like "Van" on one side and "Reb" on the other. The top of the circle of text I would like "MLLH&R RLFFRL". In the bottom of the circle I would like " Sunrise 1953, Sunset 2020"
