Brief de Design de Logo
Logo that conveys mental health therapy services in a professional setting...the feel of the clinical, medical/science "angle" of psychotherapy and mental health treatment...more so than the informal, touchy-feely, inspirational kind of presentation.
The definition of nexus: /nek-suh s/ (1) a relationship or connection between people or things; (2) a central or focal point, the core or center...to better explain the relevance of the name of the practice. The "X" in Nexus seems like an obvious design candidate to work in some sort of intersection graphic using the x, to further convey the meaning of the word. This isn't something that is necessary to incorporate, however...just one idea that could be effective if it were executed in an impactful manner.
Other than these considerations, there are no other preconceived ideas (colors, fonts, graphics) for this logo
Also, if any of the words in Nexus Counseling Center are of differing sizes (although they aren't expected to be) to make the design work best, the LEAST important word (potentially smallest) of the business name would be "center". It does not necessarily need to be as prominent as the first two words of the business.
