Brief de Design de Logo

The design needs to be clever in nature, like our logo for our company, Space Craft NZ which is attached as a file. We love this logo, which we had designed here five years ago. It has stood the test of time and we love the cleverness of the negative space "C" in the logo. Space Craft NZ designs and builds small homes. Our new company buys land on which to develop micro communities consisting of small houses. Our company is called Ground Control Developments Ltd. We are looking for something modern and equally as strong as our Space Craft NZ logo. The text is the image - so something along those lines that represents how beautiful and clever small housing developments are.
