Brief de Design de Flyer

As a business, I am providing a design, installation and maintenance service in home automation products. This is for both high end properties and disabled housing environments. It is a very new business and has just launched covering the north east of Scotland.
New systems can be very simple form just controlling a few lights to full lighting, heating, security, access control etc.
Main products used are Fibaro (www.fibaro.com) and Vitrum design (www.vitrum.com), both are further websites that could help with inspiration.

I want to show our business to be very personal in service, we spend time with the customer to fully understand what they would like and making relevant recommendations and advice to provide the best solutions. Not only that, but we want to be part of the clients future in developing new concepts and providing a maintenance agreement to ensure the system is kept up to date with firmware etc

I am looking for an eye-catching home automation flyer to be produced. The flyer should be A5 in size and will be double sided.
The first side should be show high end home automation, depicting an edgy, techy style appealing to the high end user. this has to show things like smart lighting, heating, security, cinema room, garden feature control type imagery with a tablet type control. Ideas may be found from my website - www.zwavehomes.co.uk.
The reverse side should be split, the top 2 thirds should be dedicated to disability applications, home control for less mobile people. the ability to switch off an on lights, adjust heating etc, even trigger an alarm from a tablet in a disabled situation. The bottom third will contain my contact details.
