Brief de Design de Logo

I am just about to open a new construction company. Not just any construction company. We specialize in modern clean high end homes. Anything from a small renovation to a custom home. From a dog house to a mansion.
We need a company name and a logo /brand.
In this market I think the name and brand of a construction company is very important. I don't want to compete with the thousands of mediocre contractors out there. I want to to convey that we give a certain quality and attention to detail that is hard to compete with.

I apologize in advance if my feedback is abrupt.  I do not want to insult anyone and I appreciate everyone working on these designs but in order for me to get what I want and not waste your time I will be very frank about what I do not like.

I am planning on guaranteeing this contest but I really need to see some more designs come in,.

I would love to see a logo design done with negative space 

much like the apple steve jobs and the new coke 

The negative space allows for it to be less in your face but very creative

I want to thank everyone for submitting designs.  I think I was not fair to ask for a logo and a name @ the same time.  Please except my apologies. I think I will be using L squared design and build.  Feel free to adapt that as you see 

L2 etc 
As I mentioned previously I like the negative space logos 
I like grey and orange for colors 
blue and lime green 

hopefully this will be better direction and you will all reconsider submitting ideas.   I look forward to seeing my new logo
