Brief de Design de Logo

Need a logo for a new neighborhood community in Texas called, "Clear Creek" I want the logo feel to be very welcoming, have warm natural colors, and convey a sense of open space lifestyle. Let's stay away from designs that too closely look like a home. Understand that this logo will also work as an entrance to the community so, nothing that would be too difficult to translate into a monument sign.
