Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for our private paid community called "The Brotherhood". This is a group of Dads who are "Family Men With Businesses, not Businessmen with families". We are rebelling against the "Dads an idiot, can't change a diaper, has a dad bod, can't wash dishes" and we believe that men can run epic businesses, be wildly successful but NOT at the expense of their family. Our podcast is "The Front Row Dad Podcast". We are NOT looking for a military look, we're NOT looking for a soft wimpy dad -- it should represent a modern day entrepreneurial minded guy who is also connected to ancient wisdom and nature. It should say confident, secure, smart. Our group are men who care about parenting, marriage, business, health, wealth and legacy (these are our six pillars) We'd want this logo to black (but could change colors also) The logo will be used on marketing materials, hats, t-shirts, emails, etc. our main logo is attached below and also found on the website. We want to stay "on brand" but it certainly needs to look different. If you use a font, we'd want to stick with Oswald or something like it (which is what's used in Front Row Dads logo). The Brotherhood is simply the private members only portion of Front Row Dads. It's the next step they take in their journey with us. Not sure if it can be incorporated, but I really like Gaelic design.

• Must be on brand and insync with the current Front Row Dads logo.

• Most of our front row logos have a person holding their hands up (FrontRowFoundation.org) and like you see in the "A" in the Front Row Dads logo. some element of this keeps us on brand, and doesn't have to be a silhouette of a person, but the "hands up" creatively brought together inside the new logo. Even tree branches look like this.
  
  - I'm attaching a few designs that I think are cool. One has a bit of a tree feel in them, which I like because it includes nature which I feel is important, and also looks modern. "Family Tree" also makes sense, and so does ROOTS. It's better to me that representing a shield, battle and war. Dads want to protect their kids, and mostly through providing a healthy upbringing.
  
  -- We also have 6 pillars (areas of focus) within our group, so having 6 of anything could be cool.
  
  - Our 3 core values of the group are Relationships, Resources and Results. Maybe those words can we woven in somehow?
  
  - Fatherly.com has a very unique logo, which I think it cool (attached). It's clean, seems to have a hieroglyphs (ancient) and modern feel.
  
  - The cool thing about the Gaelic design, is that when the lines weave together, it's almost like DNA strain, which fits the family feel.

• No moustaches, no cartoons. please do not just copy a gaelic symbol with 6 symmetrical elements off the internet and paste with the words brotherhood. I don't want this to look like just any image someone could copy/paste from online. we DONT want this to look like a Tom Brady logo.
