Brief de Design Étiquette

I have asked my son to make a design for a bottled negroni ( it 's a cocktail preparation with gin, vermouth, bitter and a slice of orange) . He has made a sketch and I am looking for a professional to design in order for me to print it. The goal is to be able to put a sticker on the bottle. It is to make some personal gifts and not for business purpose .
The design is a man with no head but a moustache. He has a elegant old fashioned suit and on the edge there is some slices of orange and a butterfly.
