Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a coalition of organizations supporting a change to 100% renewable energy for the City of Decatur, GA. A couple of suggestions for guidelines:
1. The project supports three things: 1) a change to renewable energy for the city, 2) a change for transportation to EV's, 3) improved energy efficiency. These changes will occur first for city buildings and schools and then hopefully move policy to include residential and commercial.
2. The city has a logo but we can't use it directly since this is not a city project ihttps://www.decaturga.com/community/page/city-decatur-logo-use I've added it here as a creative hint
3. The logo should be bold enough to see at some distance... ie when blown up on a t-shirt or on a car sticker so no fine fonts
4. We have a crude website that provides more background information at Decatur100.com
5. Note that this project and coalition are not about climate directly but about renewable energy, transportation and efficiency
6. The coalition will be made up of non-profits, climate organizations, religious organizations and perhaps selected businesses.
7. We have no color pallet yet... maybe earth tones but think clean
8. Think diverse people, blue sky, yellow solar, green, electric vehicles
