Brief de Design de Logo

We need a new logo and submark design for use on websites, social media, letterhead, business cards, etc.

We are a full service professional sports agency that deals with contract negotiation, marketing, athlete branding. We deal in the domestic and international markets.

The definitions of Echelon include:

noun: echelon; plural noun: echelons
1. a level or rank in an organization, a profession, or society.
"the upper echelons of the business world"

2. Military
a formation of troops, ships, aircraft, or vehicles in parallel rows with the end of each row projecting further than the one in front.

We would prefer color schemes using black, red, metallic gold, white, and/or silver. We'd like to incorporate some "movement" into the logo.

We are looking for something bold, clean, and highly professional.
