Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo made for my company named Shop Mom and Pop. The word "and" can be the actual word or an ampersand (&). The mission for my company is to help small and local businesses be competitive online and find new customers. It can just be words, or words with a character or image. I want the logo to be professional, but still feel fun and upbeat. If it's too serious, that will be off putting. Ideally the logo would represent small and local businesses in some way. I generally like modern and clean looks to things.
