Brief de Design de Logo

Our company is called TNT Pollination. We are a bee pollination company that pollinates canola plants. We use Alfalfa leafcutter bees (Megachile rotundata) which look slightly different then honey bees. We are looking for a logo that incorporates that bee as a sleek/classy modern design. We are looking for a modern/brandmark style. We want a full logo with text for certain things and then just the bee logo without text for other situations.
