Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new home services based company in the US > Georgia > Calhoun. We are in between Atlanta and Chattanooga. We offer residential and commercial electrical services such as Lighting (indoor, outdoor, landscape, security), electrical installations (Lighting, TV, Ceiling Fans, Receptacles, Switches, Generators), electrical repairs, wiring and rewiring services.

Phoenix Electrical is the name of my company and our website will be phxelectrical dot com.
There is a local school who's school mascot is the Phoenix.

I do want to use some sort of phoenix in the logo design. I have uploaded a copy of a phoenix I found on adobe that I like.
This is a woman owned, minority owned business
I want a slightly feminine, boutique, graceful and elegant vibe.
