Brief de Design Graphique

This is a mock-up of what I am looking for.
The graphic will be a book cover for a book that will target young teen girls (11-15).
The graphic is of a girl pitching a softball. I would like the following:
The girl should be less muscular and more feminine.
white cleats, not grey shoes.
blue socks
white softball pants (not shorts) like knickers (pants go over the top of the socks) with a red and blue stripe down the side
blue belt
red jersey top that says “Flames” in script on it.
The ball should be bright yellow with red laces.
The glove should be white/light grey.
The eyes should be blue
The hair should be blonde
The skin should be a little lighter but tan
She should have red painted fingernails
The visor and hair tie are fine as red
The background should be similar as shown, except the area over the yellow fence top covering should be less busy (green trees?) and the sky should be blue
Also for the background, the girl should be just inside the front of the circle, which should be a bigger circle (they are 8 ft in diameter in real life)
The text Penny Porter should be something more artistic and attractive to young teen girls
The same for the text “The Pitcher From Pine Hills” – needs to be artistic and attractive to young teen girls.
There should be a region at the bottom of the page for title and author name (similar to as shown)
I need Adobe Illustrator file output, JPG output, PDF Output, and PNG output
The deliverables will be the front book cover and a rear book cover, which will be the same as the front except no girl or text.
