Brief de Design de Logo

In need of a logo for my new company.
This logo will be used for online marketing, t-shirts/jumpers etc, and vehicles.
The ‘paint splatter’ I have provided is just an example of the closest thing I could find to what I’m looking for, I am open for ideas.
I would like the ‘paint splatter’ to have the word ‘splash’ intertwined through it, as in the markup provided. I would like it to stand out, but not be to ‘fun/childish’.
The markups provided are just ideas of how I would like the logo to be layed out, again, open to suggestions!
