Is this one-page brochure for printing or digital view? If it will be printed, what will be the size?

The attached are just examples. I don't like none of them graphically. I will provide the text and the designer has to design around the text (right design)

and also, would you like your company logo to be on the one page brochure? If yes, kindly upload it as well. Do you have any colour preference for the brochure. If yes, kindly let us know so that we only work on that colour scheme to save time since this project is urgent. Thank you
