Brief de Design de Logo

We are a real estate agency that has had the same logo for almost 10 years.
We are looking for a brand refresh. We are aiming to change the logo to be more user friendly, modern, clean and crisp. Our logo will be used on everything from our website to business cards and stationery.
We are happy to see a change of font, provided it is clean and easily read, the green colour or varying shades of green is preferred due to the company name.
We are open to ideas but be mindful if you look at realestate.com.au or domain.com.au, our logo or a variation of it will need to fit in a rectangular space that is wide and not too tall.
