Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a company based in Canberra, Australia. Our primary product is virtual coaching to middle management and executives in the public sector. There is a focus on leadership however we emphasize whole-person coaching and personal developement across all aspects of life (biology/psychology/external environment). We would like to see designs using green/blue/grey but there is flexibility with colour. The final design should motivate and be distinguishable from the rest of the noise in the coaching community. If the logo can capture a feeling of inspiration it will be a winner.
