Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo designed for a subsidiary of my current consulting business. The subsidiary will be providing services only to nonprofit organizations. I would like the logo to keep with the same style and simplicity as my consulting logo but be a little different. I will likely put them on the website together and a business card so I don't want them to clash. I want them both to stand out but look like they "work" together.
