Brief de Design de Logo

I want a circular logo device and font that will work for a financial services company.
The company name is Fluid Capital Group Pty Ltd and it is based in Australia.
I dont want too literal use of the word fluid i.e. rain drops but more the way water moves i.e. ripples on a pond, rapid, changing, adapting.
The company offers innovative financial services to Australians top 50 companies, mostly banks & insurance companies & law firms, so it needs to be respectful, words such as innovation, trust, strength, adgile.
Colours such as navy, royal blue and grey.
I want to use the logo device as a branding device on all materials. On the web site I want the logo to be anamated to express the adgile nature of the organisation.
