In times of major upheaval or recession, companies start laying off staff, with contractors the first to go quickly followed by the internal recruitment teams (or internal talent teams or specialists - whichever you prefer).
Our view is that we will see a shift to a more contingent / contract ‘Internal Talent’ work force when the markets return to ‘normal’ after the COVID 19 pandemic with a real focus on flexibility and keeping unnecessary expenditure (recruitment fees) to a minimum. Jumpii seeks to connect these internal talent specialists with businesses that need to re-staff with a platform-centric approach.
We'd like the brand and look to be clean, contemporary, engaging, approachable and accessible (easy to use). HR as an industry isn't 'sexy' or perceived as fun by nature so we want the brand to pivot from the norm a little. To have that approachable personality in tough times. We like jewel tones (greens, purples), earthy tones (tans, greens etc) and whites. Colour gradients also appeal
