Brief de Design de Logo

Need a logo for 2 websites, business cards, that's scalable. The websites are from the same company, and we are in need of different branding logos for each service. Logo #1 is our core services, accounting, tax, payroll. Logo #2 is our online bookkeeping services. I have attached currently used logos. We want the logos the same in style, size, but a variation in color or perhaps an inverse style. Please review the attached screen shots of our website and review the current logo in the upper left-hand corner. This is the general idea we want, two words, company name, then service brand name, boxed, separated by color. The company name should be the same font and brand font can have variation. We want a modern font, nothing classic, nothing I will find in MS Word.
