It is very unprofessional to provide a 1-star feedback to a designer that costed him time & effort to come up with a design. You should have chosen the "ELIMINATE" option instead. Since the designers are willing to spend time & effort to create and deliver something for YOUR PROJECT, do not harm their rank by rating a 1 or 2 star feedback.
