Brief de Print Design

"Winti Kids" is a non-profit organization in Winterthur, which supports the recruitment of young talent by the handball clubs in Winterthur. Every year we run several camps, a tournament for schoolchildren and several handball lessons at school.
During these activities there are always written information. So far we have not given much thought to the design. But since we think that a professional design will also lead to more interaction, we now turn to you as a designer.

For the communication with partners, sponsors, patrons, etc. we need a uniform appearance. Since different departments are currently working with different programs, we need a template for letters and documentation for Word and InDesign.

We will need the documentation template for project descriptions, information, etc.
The letter templates are needed to contact sponsors, authorities, patrons, etc.

Both the letter template and the documentation template should look modern. The design should be based on the existing flyers. Otherwise we have no other requirements so far.
