Brief de Design de Couverture eBook

Need a book cover design to incorporate the following elements, which are attached. Size should be 6.125 x 9.25 niches. Explanation of attachments: 1) I drew up a sketch for the concept. 2) the artistic style from the Bali book would be preferable but not necessary. 3) I posted some images on a word doc to help create a visual of elements to include and some colors...the top image of the surfer on the word doc is a perfect style to copy. Also included at the bottom of the word doc are several images with color possibilities that can be experimented with. 4) Ideally, the font would be the golden encrusted royal font attached.
