Brief de Design de Logo

A new coffee cart start-up in Ontario Canada. We are looking for a logo that can be displayed on our coffee cart that can signify a specialty coffee service. Our specialty coffee cart, capable of serving high-end specialty espresso-based beverages at public venues, gatherings, and catered events. I had thought of maybe going with a clean clear easy to read European design, incorporating a bicycle wheel to reference the cart as this logo will also be on our business cards. Colors should be simple, maybe just black and white, brown and white or cream. I have uploaded a quick design that I came up with and looking for something along these lines but better of course.
