Brief de Design Graphique

We need a logo design for a winery named " Goat Hill Estate Winery." We grow haskap berries and will be making a variety of diffrent kinds of wine with them. Haskaps originates in the tundra and are classed as a superfruit. Some refer to the berry as the grape of the north. We would like a logo similar to the attached but more elegant/finesse.
