Brief de Design Illustration

I've written a 10-page children's book as a gift and need it to be illustrated. 6 out of the 10 pages have photos that the illustrations can be loosely based on and 4 pages require original designs, interpreted by the story as long as they resemble the actual characters. It isn't required that the illustrations be in the same setting as the photos provided, they can match the setting on the story that describes several different activities.
