Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design, cover for social media and ideally design for branded ppt. I am based in Czech Republic, but will work with Russian and English speaking audience. What I would like to say through my logo:
Achievement, Goal, Energy, Soft power. Metaphor "a power in a glove" (soft, smart and strong female power), Satisfaction
Images when I was thinking about my possible logo were: arrow , river, river which ends with the arrow. Name of my project is OptimaForma means to be in the best shape. So, logo can also contain geometrical shapes. I also like shapes of fruits lemon, orange. But not sure how it correspond with Optima Forma name :-)
Colors: blue marine, orange - that came to be, but I am open. Colors should not be aggressive and not too girlish. I also attach description of my services, it can help to create a logo. I hope.
