Brief de Design Graphique

I am looking for a coat of arms to be digitally designed in a variety of formats. I am using heraldic terms but can easily explain it in more detail.

The job is thus in heraldry terms:

Shield: on a blue background, a sea-eagle with its wings outstretched clutching in its talons a golden dolphin.

Motto beneath shield: Spera ad Orientem (in English “Look to the East”).

Helmet crest: on a green hill a white lighthouse.
Helmet: as attached.

Badge: within a wreath of banksia integrifolia with some flowers and seeds shown, a Pacific man-o-war (colloquially known as a bluebottle, or scientifically, physalia utriculus) with a predominately blue colour.

We recently had a version digitally mocked up (attached) and we are happy with it for a basic rendition, but the graphic designer did not do the badge properly at all, and the dolphin is not gold. The designer is no longer able to work on the project. We would be also keen on an eagle displayed with a more aggressive, eagle looking face (see attachment but ignore the crown), and with less grey on its wings.

In regards to the overall depiction, we would be keen on something displayed in a format like attachment 2, and individual files of the separate elements.

After that is settled and if we like what we see, we would be looking for a variety of other cadenced versions for my father's progeny, including monograms, seals and the "whole box and dice." But that would be a separate job.
