Brief de Design de Logo

We are having a rebrand of our current company which is called therent.guru. I would like you to design a new logo for my new property letting agency called Amber Rent. Our website is amber.rent. We rent properties in Swansea, Oxford, Cardiff and London in the UK. My current website is www.therent.guru and I am looking for a complete rebrand and rename. Please don't use the colours we use at theRent.guru. We want it to be new and not connected. We will have a website for desktop and mobile so the logo needs to be simple. We will use the logo for Sign Boards that we put outside houses so the logo needs to be seen from a distance down the street.
