Brief de Design de Logo

We need logo design for the website for a new coaching service for senior executives called New Ways of Working. It is a radical new approach to leading in the new era of business.

The web site will be headed up:
New Ways of Leading
Radical Leadership Coaching - for leaders at the forefront of the new era of business

I would like the word radical to be used somewhere either across the New ways of leading part of the logo. But not sure if it should be with or with out radical.

I don't need business cards or other collateral. It is just for the website and for an article header.

The design should reflect conservative, trustworthy, solid, corporate, quality and exclusive values - these are senior corporate executives. But have the edge with radical thrown in there. (Hard I know!)
