Brief de Design de T-shirt

Looking for a design of a black Labrador dog (full dog body to be seen) with a red plaid unisex slipper in it's mouth. I would like the words "slipper Junky" to be on the front of the shirt as well, either above the image or wrapped around the image. The t-shirt design will be printed on solid gray and solid cotton white shirts and sweatshirts.
