Brief de Design de Logo

I help people do what they love to do - better. I need a logo that represents performance (athletic, artistic, or professional) that flows freely and smoothly, like water. I imagine it starting as a ripple and growing and spreading into a wave that will transfer great energy. Clean, flowing simplicity, with a subtle nuance is the goal. I'm inspired by these quotes: "You can't stop the waves but you can learn to surf," and "Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless - like water. Now you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup, you put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle, you put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend."

I want it to incorporate my initials signature with MC (see attached file) or possibly an overlapping MC (short for Mark Cheney Mental Conditioning). It should use the color blue or multiple shades of blue, but also look good in black and white. This would be embroidered on apparel, be used on business cards, and appear on websites and social media.
